How long does my handbook take?
Every handbook is written and designed from your chart — no templates. It usually takes a few working days; after you confirm your chart we'll tell you the expected delivery. A good book is worth the wait.
I don't know my exact birth time — what now?
No problem. Tick "I'm not sure of my birth time" and choose an approximate block from the 12 Chinese double-hours. We chart from that block's midpoint — the hour pillar and Zi Wei chart lose some precision, which we clearly flag on your confirmation page. If you find the exact time later (e.g. a birth certificate), contact us and we'll re-chart for free.
Which languages is the handbook available in?
The handbook is calculated and written in 繁體中文 — the natural language of this craft. You can also choose another language (English, 简体中文, Dutch, Spanish — +€10): your handbook is then delivered as a faithful translation of that original. Want both the Chinese edition and a translated one? That's two handbooks — please place two orders (€44 Chinese, €54 translated).
Can I get a printed copy?
Yes. Add the print option (+€75) and we'll produce a keepsake hardcover through our print partners (Peecho / Gelato), shipped to your door. A book of you, for your shelf — or a remarkable gift.
Is this AI fortune-telling? Is it accurate?
The chart itself is not calculated by AI — that's exactly what sets us apart. Your BaZi and Zi Wei charts are computed by two independent professional calendrical engines and cross-checked, including true solar time correction and historical time-zone lookup. The AI only turns the verified result into warm, readable writing. See "Our Method" for the full story.
Will the book scare me with harsh predictions?
No. This handbook is a guide, not a verdict. Our writing principle: warm, specific, never alarming — every point of caution comes with what you can do about it. Read it lightly.
Is my birth data safe?
Your birth details are used only for charting and producing your handbook — never shared with third parties, never used for anything else.
How do I pay?
Payment is currently arranged personally — after you confirm your chart, we'll contact you with payment options (bank transfer etc.). Online payment (cards, iDEAL, Alipay) is coming soon.
Can I gift it to someone?
It makes a wonderful gift — birthdays, New Year, life milestones. You'll need their birth date, time and place; fill in the form with their details and the handbook will carry their name.
I made a mistake in my details — what do I do?
On the confirmation page, just click "Details wrong?" to go back and re-submit. Already confirmed? Contact us via your personal order page or email — corrections are free any time before writing begins.
The handbook doesn't quite sound like me — what now?
A chart's accuracy depends on the accuracy of the birth time and birthplace — a few minutes or a different city can change the hour pillar and the Zi Wei chart. If the book doesn't ring true, contact us: we'll re-chart once (one time only). The name, birth date and birth country must remain the same; only the birth time and/or birth city may be corrected — because those are exactly what determine the chart's accuracy.
