When you order a handbook you provide: your name (as you'd like it on the book), gender, date, time and place of birth, email address, and your chosen options (language, print edition, focus topics and notes). The website also records anonymised visitor statistics (see below).
Your birth details are used for one thing only: calculating your chart and writing your handbook, plus contacting you by email about delivery. We never sell, rent or share your data with any third party (except payment processing, below).
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (stripe.com). Your card or payment details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number. See Stripe's own privacy policy for details.
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union, accessible only to the team producing your handbook. The entire website is encrypted with HTTPS.
We use a single functional cookie (to remember your language and order flow). Visitor statistics use no cookies and no personal tracking: IP addresses are anonymised with a daily hash that cannot be traced back to you.
Order data is retained to provide the re-charting service and as a transaction record. You may email us at any time to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data.
